Tangy Chicken Pie





The ingredient list will probably make you WTF a little, but trust me - it's really good.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing (the Kraft kind)
1/2 pkg Philly cream cheese spread (plain)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup canned corn
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped snow peas
1 pie crust

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and cook in dressing in large skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese; cook and stir until melted. Add broth and vegetables; simmer 5 minutes. You can substitute 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables for the fresh ones.

Pour mixture into pie plate. Invert pie crust over filling; crimp edges. Cut four slits in crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
