Dijon Chicken





This stuff is always a huge hit.

INGREDIENTS

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix mustard with yogurt and set aside. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, thyme, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Spread each piece of chicken with the mustard mixture, then roll in bread cumb mixture. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes for bone-in chicken, 30-35 minutes for boneless, or until golden brown and meat is no longer pink.
